Our Principles
Should a business really be charged $800 for a $300 printer, just because it’s IT contractor brokered the order? This was the ethical dilemma Trent Schultz faced while reviewing a routine invoice in 2004.
Back then, it was common practice for IT consultants to maintain the mystery around hardware expenses and infrastructure support.
Trent thought his industry could - and should – do better. If managed IT services refer to themselves “partners” of their clients, they should behave like partners. That means doing what it takes to build strong relationships, to help clients win and to protect them.
It also means that pricing should always be transparent.
That’s why Trent quit his traditional IT support job and founded Intelica Technology Solutions instead.
Over the last 15 years, our company has grown from a one-person consulting firm to a thriving business with more than 20 employees based in downtown Calgary.
